Friday, September 20th- John Muller to talk “Lost History- Reverend Henry Augustus Monroe of Waugh Chapel and Beyond”  $5/members, $8 nonmembers

Saturday, September 21st– 11 am – ??  Miss Ridah’s Reunion; sponsored by the class of 1950- donation

Sunday, September 22nd –Noon – 5 pm – Come see us at Dorchester Showcase!! – DCHS will have 2 spots on the courthouse lawn- Terry Crannell will show Native American and early colonial artifacts.  We will set up a photo area for kids photos in historic cutouts.  Fused glass jewelry and more by local artist Bill Wise will be for sale.

Wednesday, October 2nd – 6 pm – Marty Payne will talk on early baseball on the shore – donations

Friday, October 4th – 12 Noon History Book Club

Friday, October 18th – 9 am – 2 pm – ‘Starting or Continuing Your Family Research’ Taught by Sue Brenchley- DCHS members no cost, nonmembers $10- reservations required.

Saturday, October 19th – 9 am – 2 pm- Mid Shore Douglas Tour with John Muller.  Must reserve.  Tickets DCHS members- $35, nonmembers $50

Thursday, October 24th – 11 am until they run out!!  Jamie’s Pit Beef at the east side, corner of Route 50 and Maryland Avenue.  $8 for a great lunch and supports US!!!

Thursday thru Saturday, October 24th – 26th– Thurs. Members Only 2-5 pm, Fri. and Sat. 7 am – 12 noon. Recycle Dorchester
